«Outstanding piece of work. It is an excellent adumbration of new tools and methodologies to address the current changes in the technology, and in the community».

«The relevance and demand for a comprehensive rethinking of the entire problem of modernizing management systems in the public and corporate sectors is indisputable. The need for a radical revision of approaches, especially in the truly inertial sphere of public administration, is dictated by the introduction of breakthrough technologies in other areas (economics, science, education, entertainment industry). Against this background, the lag of the public management system is fraught with stagnation of socio-economic processes in the country.

The introduction of Bastau methodological approach presented in the reviewed work would make it possible to repeatedly accelerate and optimize the process of making government decisions, producing their practically revolutionary reengineering, especially in terms of building the most effective interaction between management and the executive apparatus. The study is also of practical interest to corporate users trying to find an optimal management model for improving business efficiency».

«In the scientific paper the author proposes the implementation of 3D data visualization for government and corporate management systems, which can truly be considered an innovative idea that can increase transparency and speed of decision-making process. The work describes well the shortcomings of current management systems, such as loss of time for the transfer of information in government agencies and data distortion at different stages. The proposal for optimization – reducing 90% of document flow through the implementation of Bastau technology seems very attractive. This can significantly increase the efficiency of government agencies.

An important aspect is the strengthening of personal responsibility at each level of management. The approach outlined in the work is relevant for different countries with different governmental systems. The methodology is also applicable to various sectors of the economy, which makes it flexible and universal».

«The comparison in the presented scientific work of the social structure of organizations and governments with galaxies in the Universe is quite appropriate. Indeed, galaxies are similar to societies. They also consist of a vast number of interdependent, connected objects. From billions of stars and even more planets, their satellites, as well as comets and other parts in space.

The largest, strongest object is located in the center of the galaxy. Everything revolves around it. Its influence on each part allows this set of individual elements to be a singular organism. Objects affect each other, their trajectories, and properties. Everything is in a unified, mathematically defined motion. Many galaxies also influence each other. Their fates are closely intertwined. Indeed, the level of technical, scientific, and software support in the field of space exploration exceeds the current state of the management sphere by an order of magnitude.

I invite the community of space specialists to pay attention to the development of Bastau and to collaboratively think about the approaches and tools that we can bring to such an important topic of state and corporate governance. This can become a social task and a contribution to creating a more perfect and prosperous community based on a deep scientific approach».
